free Wi-Fi, clean facilities, good parking
The lack of insulation between balconies offers zero privacy!!! The AC struggled to cover the large room!!!

It's not perfect, but It's nice
What a lovely stay! The atmosphere is relaxed, with the lagoon right at your doorstep. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful. While the dining options could be more varied, the traditional offerings do delight. Access to Zeytouna Beach via the boat shuttle is such a bonus. Ideal for those looking to unwind.

The ambiance was elegant and I greatly enjoyed every second of the very comfortable time here. Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was delightful and clean, had good views, fab location to a nearby island with beaches on the Red Sea. The pool was heated and I had good drinks in the poolside bar. Moreover, I could park in a free parking, which was nearby;)))

the staff did not make any hassle for bakhsheesh, which is the norm everywhere in egypt. also there was attention to detail in the breakfast etc, you could tell they are spedning time to keep the quality good
our faucet in the bathroom did not work at full pressure, and we called the guy to fix it but he did not. so we managed with very low pressure.

We loved lounging by the beautiful heated swimming pool and enjoyed the fine views of the lagoon from our spacious room's balcony. The atmosphere was super relaxing overall, but the dining area could use a bit more attention with cleaning up after meals. Definitely check out the dinner BBQ. It's a tasty highlight 🍽️

The hotel was great relaxing and romantic with outstandingly accommodating personnel from management to room cleaners. There were a couple of small restaurants.

Staying with my family was a delight, especially the kids. We loved exploring the nearby kiteboarding schools where we took lessons and had a blast! The hotel's clean, spacious room had a lovely lagoon view.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available. A kids' club would have.

Very nice not very big hotel in beautiful El Gouna. We had a room with the view on lagoon this time. It was marvelous to sit at the balcony and to enjoy the early morning sarrounded by blossoming trees around hotel and looking at lagoon and palms and villas on the other side. Like in paradise :) Romantic 2 minuts trip to the beach at the island. A lot of kite-surfers during 2 first days due to strong wind. Other days - no wind, as a result - no kite surfers, but nice possibility to swim and relax:) The atmosphere is very warm at the hotel, hotel staff very nice and polite and helpful. It is the second time we choosed this hotel.

A warm welcome at the lagoon
Waking up to a soothing lagoon view was lovely. Staff were genuinely friendly, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Getting around El Gouna was easy!
The breakfast left much to be desired, with stale bread and tasteless juices. My room felt a bit dated, disappointing given the high rate.

The staff are excellent especially Mina on Reception who deserves a word of praise. Very relaxed atmosphere despite the Swimming Pool being under renovation an alternative had been found next door, a bit like stepping back into the retro 70s. We had two rooms and they were large and adequate and clean. The breakfasts were very good and the stay was peaceful despite the power cuts that the area is experiencing. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are not expecting shiny new and luxury, but more ethnic.
